Website With Out of Date Content Needs Quick Fix
Cohesia Corporation's website was well done. It looked good and was structurally sound. However, the website content did not reflect one very important recent change. Instead of offering various software products, Cohesia merged them into one product that served multiple purposes for a variety of industries.
So they contracted to have their site re-worked with fresh content that would reflect the change and promote their new software. Progress was being made on their new site so, thinking they would be able to launch soon, they sent out a direct mail piece to announce the software.
But due to structural and coding issues the site didn't launch. So, with content on their existing site not matching their product or direct mail campaign, and with mailers about to hit desks of potential customers, they contacted Take Notice for help.
We had to come up with a solution we could execute in 10 days.
First, we recognized the html code of the new site would be too difficult to work with. We suggested they take the new content from that site, the structure and html code of their existing site, and create a new 'hybrid' site.
Results
Take Notice not only built the site within the 10 day limit, but enhanced usability.
Cohesia was able to maintain a consistent marketing message from print to the internet under a tight dealine.
